“Am I eligible to apply for an HDB Flat?”

This service helps you answer the most fundamental question of eligibility. Besides that, it also helps you determine the HDB flat type(s) and grant(s) you and your partner are eligible for. Simply answer a short series of simple questions, and at the end of it, you get your answers!

“Can I afford to pay for the flat and other things?”

A sound housing financial plan ensures that you can afford your home while meeting your other daily expense needs. This service allows you to work out a financial plan before committing to a flat purchase.
