Creamy Garlic Prawns with Spinach

Cook it:

  1. Melt the butter in a non-stick fryer over medium heat. Add the garlic and fry for a minute.
  2. Add the prawns and fry on each side until pink. Take the shrimps out of the fryer and set aside.
  3. Add the onions to the fryer and fry for a minute. Then add in the sun-dried tomatoes and continue frying.
  4. After about 2 minutes, lower the heat slightly and add in the evaporated milk. You could also use cream if you prefer to make the gravy thicker.
  5. Add in the spinach leaves and stir till soft and then add the parmesan cheese. You could add salt, pepper and the herbs at this point.
  6. Put the shrimps back into the sauce and mix everything well together.
  7. It is all done and will go great with white rice or pasta!
