Soon-to-be home owner? Well, congratulations are in order! To complete your BTO flat purchase, you will have to attend appointments with HDB to complete the home purchase.

There are a number of supporting documents that you must prepare beforehand and bring along. Otherwise, you might have to reschedule the appointment, so it is worth taking the time to double, even triple, check that you have everything on hand. We have prepared handy checklists for you to print and tick off so you do not miss anything out!

If the documents are in languages other than English, Chinese, Malay, or Tamil, you must provide an official English translation for them.

Apart from the documents above, do remember to set up the 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) for your SingPass, if you intend to use your CPF savings to pay for your flat. The registration for SingPass and activation of 2FA can take up to 10 working days so do it in advance. You will also need to bring your mobile phone (you probably have it already!) or OneKey token to the appointment, to submit an electronic withdrawal.

If you are tech-savvy, you can also use Mobile Concierge on our Mobile@HDB app that is available on both iOS and Android. Not only can you check the documents that you need to bring, you can register and get a queue number via the app, and be notified when your turn has arrived. Pretty cool, right?

Congratulations—you are one step closer to joining a community of proud home owners. Exciting times are ahead!
